To prioritize the health of our staff and clients, Noviant is transitioning to fully remote support operations starting March 18, 2020. Our Helpdesk remains fully operational, and we have increased capacity to handle higher volumes of remote access requests.
On-site visits will be limited to critical infrastructure emergencies only. We are committed to providing the same high level of service you expect from us through our secure remote management tools.
